Scott Laudon, DMD

Since 1992, Dr. Scott Laudon has been providing exceptional care to patients in Anchorage, Alaska. He received his undergraduate degree at Oregon State University, completing his Bachelor of Science in general science and chemistry in 1984. Dr. Laudon went on to complete dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University in 1988. To this day, his commitment to continuing education remains a priority. He continues his education consistently, attending multiple classes per year.

Dr. Laudon is a member of the ADA, Alaska Dental Society, International Dental Implant Association and Anchorage Dental Society. He also has received additional training in dental implants and IV sedation.

He is a veteran and proudly serves other military families in the area each day. Dr. Laudon and his wife, Lisa, have three children, Sydney, Piper and Tanner. Dr. Laudon is a private pilot and enjoys flying in his free time. He also enjoys traveling, fishing and skiing at Alyeska.

His goal at Alcan Dental Group is to create great results and continuously educate patients about oral health and prevention.

Mark R. Birmingham, DDS

Michigan native, Dr. Mark Birmingham has been practicing in the Anchorage, Alaska, area for several years. Prior to practicing in Anchorage, Dr. Birmingham completed his undergraduate studies at Texas State University. After finishing his undergraduate courses, he moved on to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry where he graduated in 2015. Dr. Birmingham typically takes multiple continuing education courses each year to stay on top of the field of dentistry.

The dentist is a member of the ADA and has received advanced training in IV sedation.

Dr. Birmingham’s wife, Lindsey Birmingham is a local physical therapist. In his free time, Dr. Birmingham enjoys skiing, mountain biking, fat biking, running, fishing and playing sports.

Dr. Birmingham wants to help his patients achieve their best results. It is important to him that his patients feel happy about showing off their smile and have the peace of mind that they are healthier and more functional after completing their treatment.
